QuickBooks Hosting Review of Tandem CloudTop - In the Black Bookkeeping

Brianna Loftin - Thursday, July 20, 2017

In the Black Bookkeeping's client chose QuickBooks Hosting from Tandem CloudTop so that their bookkeeper has remote access of their QuickBooks Desktop. Mickey Black of In the Black Bookkeeping was surprised at the ease of use of the Citrix Platform, compared to other solutions she has used in the past. She states,

“Tandem CloudTop’s solution has been the most user-friendly environment so far. The setup was a breeze, they took over my session, uploaded my files and logged in the users and it was done. Their hosting solution is mirrored in the quality and ease of use as maintaining your own servers, without the high cost of running them yourself. Tandem CloudTop has been great in their support. Every time I have called or emailed I get a quick response and the issue is handled right away. Everyone should have QuickBooks Hosting from a trusted Company like Tandem CloudTop. ”

In the Black Bookkeeping has been in business since 2004, assisting small to medium sized companies with their accounting, so that they can focus on what they do best. In the Black Bookkeeping is built around the belief in Honesty, Integrity, Accuracy and Reliability. Mickey Black is not just a bookkeeper, but your business partner. She has worked in Sales, ACC and Operations and can help with the whole picture of helping you run your business. Mickey boasts that since 2004, she still has all of her clients, which is an incredible track record and a telltale sign of quality work. The Best QuickBooks Hosting Provider - Questions to Ask Before Choosing

Brianna Loftin - Thursday, May 18, 2017

Are you having trouble sifting through the seemingly endless QuickBooks Hosting Options? To make sure that you are getting the best option available, here are some helpful tips, and questions to ask before deciding on "the one."

Back-Up - Make sure that you are getting automatic daily backups, so that you can get your data if something happens.
Print - Will you have the ability to print checks, invoices and other documents to your local printers?
Outsourcing - Make sure that the company that you are working with is just that, and not outsourcing their servers and support.
Hosting Platform - Does the hosting provider use the less costly Remote Desktop Services, to offer lower cost at the expense of the user experience?
Authorized Intuit Host - This is crucial, autorized hosts have been approved by Intuit, so that you know you are getting the top quality security for your information.

The only difference between Commercial Hosting Providers and Standard Hosting Providers is that they cannot host monthly rental of QB software, you have to purchase a license, annual subscription or provide your own license, which is a more cost effective solution in the long run.

Will Go to My PC or Log Me In Work for My Needs? Citrix Hosting is Your Best Solution

Brianna Loftin - Wednesday, April 19, 2017

Because of location flexibility in our market demands, many of us have gotten pretty creative sharing our data. We have seen Dropbox, Go to My PC, Log Me In and files emailed between team members.

The problem with that, is that many times these types of sharing lead to data corruption, data theft, out of date versions of files and a myriad of other issues, along with the hassle that they cause.

But, alas, we have a solution for that. Our virtual desktop is powered by Citrix and allows all team members to share all their data, safely, like they are sitting in the same room, even if they are miles apart.
