CloudTop Office was incorporated in early 2000 under the name Tandem Training and Consulting, and initially we primarily offered CRM Consulting and training (ACT!) and also training for end user applications (MS OFFICE, Quickbooks, and Crystal Reports). We have been working with ACT! since 1994 and started certifying in ACT! in early 2000. From the start we worked with several hundred small businesses and sales teams to implement an ACT! strategy to assist sales people to become more productive, to sell more, and to provide a management tool for guiding an entire sales team.
We began hosting in mid 2004 and have since grown to primarily be an application hosting provider but rely on our expertise as consultants and trainers to address more of a niche audience. We focus primarily on hosting ACT!, Quotewerks and Quickbooks applications. After several years of hosting ACT! for Web, we became increasingly aware that there were some limitations in the product especially for "power users". Our virtual desktop application hosting allows our customers to have ACT!, Microsoft Office, Quotewerks, Quickbooks and other applications with full functionality in the cloud and accessible from almost any device.
